Deposit Requirement

• A £100 or 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Pricing

• All prices are fixed, unless stated otherwise during a special promotion.

• Pricing reflects the time, skill, experience, preparation, and quality of service provided.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full:

• Prior to, or upon my arrival at the booking location before the service begins

Failure or refusal to complete payment will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the booking

• Forfeiture of the deposit

Refund Policy

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable in cases of cancellation, lateness, or failure to comply with booking terms.

• A full refund will only be issued if I am required to cancel the booking.
