Travel & Location

I am currently based in South West London. My services are available nationwide and worldwide.

Home Studio & Client Travel

  • Clients will travel to my home studio or a coffee shop for solo/private bookings only.

  • The exact location will be shared after the deposit has been secured.

  • Larger group bookings cannot be accommodated at my residence and will require me to travel to you. Travel fees apply based on postcode.

Bridal & Party Henna

  • Bridal henna appointments typically take 4–14 hours, depending on design complexity.

  • If party henna is added for guests, this will be booked on a separate day.

  • Private/solo bookings (Eid, Diwali, birthdays, graduations, etc.) require the client to travel to me.

  • Larger bookings may be mobile, subject to discussion and availability.

Arrival Time

  • Clients must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

  • I will aim to arrive 5–15 minutes early to mobile bookings for setup.

Late Arrivals

  • A £5 late fee applies for every 10 minutes past the appointment time.

  • If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

  • This applies to both studio and mobile bookings and ensures fairness to all clients.

RESCHEDULING & CHANGES POLICY

Rescheduling or Postponing Appointments

  • Requests to reschedule or postpone must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled booking date.

  • If I am unable to accommodate the new date, the deposit remains non-refundable, as the change was initiated by the client.

  • Short-notice changes are not guaranteed and may result in loss of the deposit.

Design Changes

  • Designs must be finalised at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • No design changes are permitted within 24 hours of the booking.

  • No design changes are allowed for Eid or Diwali bookings once confirmed, due to high demand and preparation requirements.

  • Any additional designs requested on the day are subject to time availability and additional charges.
